The Saint-Martin church has a very ancient origin (11th and 12th centuries). Like many rural churches in the region, it illustrates the multiple architectural transformations undergone over the centuries. The current nave dates back to the Romanesque period (12th century). Two centuries separate this restoration from the addition of a small sacristy (1699-1700). In 1847, a new chapel was built and reserved for the blacksmiths of Gaudinière. In 1900, a new bell tower with a metal frame, with a slate spire, replaced the old collapsed saddle bell tower. This construction makes the Romanesque facade disappear.
