The half-timbered village of Seebach is a gem in northern Alsace. Two parallel streets are lined with half-timbered houses, each one more beautiful than the other. It is worth taking a walk through the entire village. Not far from the town hall there is a small cafe by the new supermarket. Unfortunately the restaurants are only open in the afternoon. If you go there you should take your time, the village community rewards you with floral decorations and lots of little details.

Hoffen, Hunspach, Seebach are villages with particularly beautiful half-timbered buildings. The front gardens are full of flowers, especially in spring.

In 1778, the architect Charpentier designed the plans for a mixed church. The building, built in 1787, incorporates the ribbed vaulted choir of a previous sanctuary. Destroyed during the Second World War, a new Protestant church was built in 1961 on the site of the old sanctuary. A new Catholic church, dedicated to Saint-Gall, was built in 1962-1963 by the architect Pillon. It has the largest post-war stained glass window in Alsace. The stained glass windows, produced by master glassmaker Tristan Ruhlmann, and whose sketch was produced by Joseph Jochum, parish priest from 1950 to 1998, are unique in their artistic aspects, but also for their biblical and ecumenical representation.
