The main square in Enns is the historic center of Austria's oldest town and is dominated by the striking 60-meter-high town tower, the town's landmark. Surrounding the square are well-preserved town houses from various eras, which today house shops, restaurants, and the Lauriacum Museum. The square is particularly attractive for cyclists, as it is located on the Danube Cycle Path (R1) and offers an ideal rest stop with cafés and attractions.

The Florian Fountain in Enns' main square is a modern fountain artwork with a symbolic message. It consists of an oval basin in the center of which two polished granite slabs rest on fourteen opposing stainless steel pipes. Water flows from these pipes, converging in the center above the basin to create a lively water feature. Erected in 1996, the design symbolizes the coming together of people and the overcoming of boundaries. Through the combination of granite, stainless steel, and flowing water, the fountain blends contemporary design with the traditional function of a town fountain, forming a central, vibrant focal point in Enns' main square. 👍
