Elkofen Castle, also known as Elkofen Castle, Unterelkofen, Ölkofen, is one of the best preserved castles in Upper Bavaria and is located in the town of Unterelkofen. The castle is still inhabited today by the Rechberg-Rothenlöwen family, who owned it between 1664 and 1732 and acquired it again in 1871. The Paradiso ice cream parlor in Aßling is always a welcome stop for me when I'm traveling in the southeast of Munich: - tasty ice - friendly service - reasonable prices - beautifully located (on a leafy square, right next to the church) - with seating outside I wish you bon appetite and a pleasant rest!
