The Salon borders Autet and once turned the paddle wheels of the village's two mills. Near the old stone bridge, benches and tables have been installed for a rural break. If you feel like swimming, Autet has a beach equipped and supervised on the Saône: follow the Route de la Plage to the south exit of the village.

From the junction you continue on a dirt road, you have to walk the last few meters to the seepage point, the path is less suitable for racing bike shoes, especially after rain.

It is certainly interesting but unfortunately you can't see much because of the wall / fence (private property).

The historic place has an eventful history. In addition to the Renaissance town hall, the cathedral, the ruins of the castle and the promenade on the banks of the Saône are worth a closer look. And there are enough restaurants, cafes, bars and a supermarket.
