The refuge is located in the heart of the Écrins park, slightly overlooking the Muzelle lake. It has a capacity of 70 beds and offers a catering service. Nestled at an altitude of 1,650 meters, the Gioberney refuge is located at the end of the Valgaudemar valley. Its parking lot is often popular with hikers during peak season. The views from the terrace are superb and overlook a beautiful waterfall.

Located at the foot of the south-east face of Olan, the summit of Vallon and La Rouye, the Olan refuge accommodates up to 10 people. The refuge is unguarded, however you will find what you need there: duvets and blankets, gas, a stove, dishes and candles. Please note, the refuge does not have heating or running water but a torrent is nearby.
