We were here in mid-July and were lucky enough to experience the approximately 100-year-old distillery in action! The aroma when you get out of the car is incredibly intense! At the distillery, different generations meet and work together; a young man patiently demonstrates and explains everything.

Beautiful little church, a bit above the tourist crowds.

This fairly recent castle, which dates from the 17th century and whose construction was completed in the 19th century, has belonged to the Presse de Monval family for several generations. It has been partly converted into guest rooms. It has very beautiful gardens.

It's not just Lavender in Valensole! Here you will find beautiful architecture in an ancient village. The place is a victim of its own success, but remains very beautiful.

A beautiful place in the city center! Perfect place to rest or eat in one of the cafes surrounding the fountain.

With just over 3000 inhabitants, this town is small but nevertheless lively! Explore the beautiful streets and cafes. You will probably have good weather - the city has an average of 300 sunny days a year!

This 12th century church is a little hidden in the city but well worth a visit!
