Mwnt is consistently one of the best places to spot dolphins in Ceredigion, often seen swimming, playing and feeding in the bay below. Makes for a great excuse to stop and catch your breath.

The Cliff Parkway winds its way up Constitution Hill alongside the funicular railway which hauls its passengers up at the stately pace of 4mph. Can you beat it to the top and save yourself a fiver while you're at it?

Aberystwyth lifeboat station is alongside the Marina with the Harbour Lighthouse at the end of the Promenade. Making a great start / finish marker for your run.

Castell Aberteifi / Cardigan Castle overlooks the River Teifi in Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales. The shallow waters of Borth beach make it a popular location for swimming, surfing, fishing, sailing and windsurfing. The small town has a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and local services.

Wonderful ride along the coast road - despite snapping my chain!!

There's a nice meandering coastal path that you can walk to the top of this cliff railway.

A nice place to pause & enjoy the views over the beach. But be prepared for a stiff climb if you're heading along the coastal road to the west.

Perfect place to visit and spend some time here.
