The picturesque bathing pond is located in the Toggenburg municipality of Hemberg at 965 meters above sea level. The pond is located outside the village center in the direction of Scherb and Nesslau. There is a fountain in the back part of the pond. A few meters below the bathing pond you can stop for a drink in the restaurant. (schweizersee.ch)

The restaurant was completely rebuilt in 2021 and reopened in May 2022. Good food, friendly staff and good value! In short: highly recommended.

Old covered wooden bridge over the Thur river near Lütisburg. It used to be the main road bridge; today, the official and mandatory cycle and pedestrian path runs through it.

At the deepest point of the Thur, directly below Lütisburg, there is a beautiful old wooden bridge from 1778. Since a new bridge allows traffic to pass through it, the old bridge is closed to traffic and is therefore reserved for pedestrians and cyclists. A photo stop is worthwhile here.
