A fairly informative tour, conducted independently via audio guides. Please note: the workshops only operate in the morning, but the explanatory videos shown in the afternoon more than compensate, allowing you to enjoy the tour with slightly fewer people. A small tasting is also offered. The overall experience, however, leaves you a little disappointed as it's a bit short (less than half an hour); perhaps it could be combined/replaced with a more artisanal experience in Moleson!

The Passage à l'île d'Ogoz is a natural causeway that connects the continent to the island of Ogoz in Lake Gruyère. The island is home to the ruins of two medieval castles and a restored chapel, which you can discover after crossing the lake on foot. The passage is only accessible when the water level is below 668 m. So check the conditions before leaving.
