Above the hut there's a viewpoint with benches. Beautiful views, and you can enjoy them in wonderful peace and quiet before the lifts and huts open.

Several beautiful hiking trails (both short and long) lead from the mountain station. There's also a botanical garden, a summer toboggan run, and a small wooden ball track, so you can pass the time.

Summits, radar stations, and mountain restaurants: There's plenty to marvel at on the Weissfluh at over 2,800 meters. You can reach the top comfortably year-round by gondola or under your own steam via various hiking trails via the Weissfluhjoch.

The Schatzalp and the historic hotel of the same name lie above Davos at 1,862 meters. A funicular takes you up from Davos Platz in four minutes. Built in 1900, this Art Nouveau hotel is a member of Swiss Historic Hotels and a real eye-catcher amidst the idyllic mountain scenery. The energy up here is also special: it reaches 26,000 Bovis units in certain places... Do you feel it when you start walking, or is it the espresso from the hotel bar? ;-)
