Great place to eat a freshly made baguette, wrap, pizza, cake, croissant, fresh salad and meal, and much more, during a bike ride. Quality is very good and lots of choice. They also have chilled drinks. There is seating both inside and outside. The Boulangerie is open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except Sunday until 1:00 PM. Aspin-en-Lavedan is a French commune located in the west of the Hautes-Pyrénées department, in the Occitanie region. Historically and culturally, the town is in the province of Lavedan, south-western part of Bigorre and consists of a set of seven valleys upstream of the city of Lourdes. Exposed to a mountain climate, it is drained by the Gave de Pau, the Lanusse stream and by another watercourse. The town has a remarkable natural heritage: a Natura 2000 site (the "gaves of Pau and Cauterets (and Cauterets gorge)") and three natural areas of ecological, faunal and floristic interest. Aspin-en-Lavedan is a rural town with 315 inhabitants in 2020, after experiencing a sharp increase in population since 1968. It is in the Lourdes conurbation and is part of the Lourdes attraction area. Its inhabitants are called Aspinois or Aspinoises.
