Heidi wanted to see Neubärental, so I looked for a hike in the area under 2.5 hours. Komoot only had 2 suggestions, which is pretty meager for such a charming area. I took a panorama way and modified it a bit to include the "Panorama with picture frame". No idea why it's called that. Maybe it was a typo

In search of a hike with as much sun and views as possible, we decided on the Turmberg in KA-Durlach. We parked the car in the Blumenhof car park, where you can park for up to 1.5 hours on weekdays with a parking disc. I doubt if it is checked.

Looking for some sunshine we decided to go on a komoot tour in Roßwag, near Mühlacker and Vaihingen an der Enz. Unfortunately the sun didn't come through the clouds, but that's how it is sometimes.

The highlight of the tour is the Kneipp facility between Schömberg and Calmbach, well hidden in the middle of the forest. The water is really cold! So nothing for people who are not hardened. The route wasn't entirely pleasant. From the 600m mark to the 1.44km mark, the path was nothing but cheap gravel. Otherwise, it was a pleasant run in the current heat.
