Former Benedictine monastery, the centerpiece is the monastery church of St. Vitus zu Drübeck, the core of which dates from the late 10th and early 11th centuries. The buildings of the monastery are part of the Romanesque Road, a holiday route in Saxony-Anhalt that belongs to the Transromanica (designated European Cultural Route by the Council of Europe).

A quiet place. The small garden with cottages are places of rest and relaxation. The cafe is very comfortable, the sanitary facilities absolutely top.

The Drübeck monastery is a former Benedictine abbey in Ilsenburg (Harz) (district Drübeck) on the northern edge of the Harz Mountains in Saxony-Anhalt. Today it is a conference center of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany with a pedagogical-theological institute, a house of silence, a pastoral college and a media center
