Away from the Schoiber to the beginning of the section relatively steep and then the way from the wind hole down into the valley, but up for a long time relatively just a beautiful path with beautiful views. Some places very sunny, but also large parts through shady forest.

The so-called "Windlochkamm" is truly a beautiful section of the trail. You hike through a wonderful mixed beech forest and still have beautiful views in between. If you are on the way to the "Big Horseshoe" and come from Oberdambach, you can also look back there and be amazed at the distance you have already covered.
