Pfanni-Werke was founded on this site in 1949. Until 1996, dumplings, potato pancakes, chips and much more were made here. Pfanni was once the largest European specialist in potato products.
Several of the factory's buildings are still standing, not just the canteen. The company's typical orange color can be found not only at the entrance, but also throughout the factory premises. The Potato and Pfanni Museum is located in the administration building.

In the back room on Grafinger Straße there are still two large excavation pits lying idle - something is sure to develop here in the coming years ...
