Attention: The "black route" (tracé noir) at Plage d'En Veau is NOT an official route! It's very steep, not a bit secured, and the markings are very sparse. Finding the way can lead to extremely dangerous spots and dead ends. NEVER go up there in rain or wet conditions!

Magnificent views from the highest point of the easy panoramic trail. The descent to the bay requires some mountaineering experience and is very slippery when wet. In hot weather, the climb in the afternoon is a real challenge, as there are hardly any trees to provide shade. The difficulty level according to the SAC (Swiss Alpine Club) scale is between T2 and T3.
