    It is an absolutely remarkable limestone plateau, from which you can enjoy pretty views of the Calanque d'En Vau, the Castelvieil plateau and the cliffs.

      A wonderful view of the Calanques of Cassis. However, the way there is nothing for slippers or flip flops. The French still manage the tour in top outfits and in ballerinas.
      Those who take the route from Cassis will be rewarded with great views along the entire coast.

          Wear sturdy shoes and take plenty of water with you. If you want to lie on the beach you have to get there early. The descent to the Calanque d'En-vau has to be done on all fours, but expect traffic jams. It was very busy, that's why we didn't go down.
