The Isabel I de Castilla University has its headquarters at 76 Fernán González Street, in the historic center of Burgos. This building is part of the former Major Seminary of the Archdiocese of Burgos and is located just a few meters from Burgos Cathedral and the Camino de Santiago, in a very emblematic area of the city.

Right next door, on the eastern side of the former seminary, is the Hotel Abba Burgos, which means they share the same architectural complex, although with different functions: the hotel occupies a part that has been renovated as accommodation, while the university uses other areas as classrooms, laboratories, and offices.
