Burgos Cathedral is a true work of art. In fact, it was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
The monument follows Gothic patterns but inside the decoration also introduces Renaissance and Baroque elements.
It really is something spectacular. It is full of surprising details and it is a luxury to enjoy from inside the game of colors coming from the light that filters through the rose windows and stained glass windows.

The Church of San Nicolás de Bari in Burgos is a gem of Castilian Gothic architecture, located right on the Camino de Santiago, next to the Cathedral. It was built in 1408 on the site of an earlier Romanesque church.
