Talheim Castle is located on a spur above the town of the same name on the Schozach near the Neckar. Today the complex is private, but the courtyard can be visited. Talheim originally dates back to 1240 and has been rebuilt several times over the years. Today, all that remains of the castle is a building complex, the ring wall, a tower and the former gate system. The lower part of the building complex is made of stone with half-timbered attachments, which give Talheim a certain charisma. In the impressive shield wall, corridors can be seen that can no longer be entered today.
