The brewery right has existed since 1803. Since there was no successor in 1989, the brewery was sold to the Trunk family, who renovated it from the ground up and built the Bräustüberl, the hall and a beer garden.
Not only the dark Nothelfer beer is a hit, but also the organic white beer that has been available for a number of years is my personal favorite, especially in the summer months. There is also a beer and a lager. From Ash Wednesday to Easter, a Lastenbock and from Easter to September the Scheffeltrunk Kellerbier. There is also a harvest beer from September to October and a festival beer and a Silberbock during the Christmas season. However, it is difficult to get a seat in the beer garden, especially during the summer.
