From the tarred road between Steingaden and the hamlet of Litzau, after about 1.5 km, a service road branches off to the right to the Eulenweiher pond and from there to the Wieskirche. The Eulenweiher is an approx. 1 hectare large body of water, the shore area is freely accessible and, due to its shady location, invites you to rest, especially on warmer days.
