To enter the path, here is an excerpt from Section 30 of the Schleswig-Holstein State Nature Conservation Act:
Entering the open countryside; Hiking and riding trails (on Section 59 (2) sentence 2 BNatSchG)
(1) In the open countryside, in addition to the streets, paths and other areas dedicated to the public, everyone may only enter private paths (private roads and paths of all kinds) and the edges of paths free of charge for the purpose of recreation and stay there temporarily. Section 32 remains unaffected.
(2) Private paths may also be used for cycling and using the hospital elevator. Riders may only use private paths if they are stable or marked as bridle paths. The powers under Paragraph 1 and Clause 1 do not apply to paved land on which residential buildings are built or on which horticulture or pond farming is carried out. Entering nature reserves and other protected areas is based on the respective protection ordinances and orders.
