Elisabethwarte (Plattenberg, 750 m) – a historic observation tower (18.5 m) with 360° panoramic views over the Most, Mühl, and Traunviertel districts. Accessible via 82 steps, it features a tower bust of the Empress and the "Rock the Sissi" climbing wall.
A must-see on any trip to this area.
Incredible views stretching from the Ötscher to the Traunstein.

The Elisabethwarte on the Plattenberg (750 m) is an 18.5 m high observation tower. It was opened in 1900 and renovated in 2017. Since then, the Elisabethwarte has also been a climbing tower with 12 different routes.

The observation tower can be climbed year-round. The tower itself is open all day from March to November. 82 steps lead to the viewing platform. elisabethwarte.at
