Siebenbrunn is a historic district of Augsburg, located on the southern edge of the Augsburg city forest and known for its natural surroundings. The name "Siebenbrunn" is derived from the seven springs that rise in the region and supply the area with water. Originally, the district consisted of two settlements: the Unterdorf and the Oberdorf. The Unterdorf, a factory colony around the mechanical weaving mill, was abandoned and demolished in the 1970s as part of drinking water protection measures.

Today, Siebenbrunn is a popular local recreation area that offers walks and nature experiences. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the adjacent Siebentischwald, and the place is also known for the idyllic Siebenbrunner Bächlein. The region around Siebenbrunn is rich in flora and fauna, which makes it particularly attractive for nature lovers and hikers.

In addition, a playground with a clearing is reminiscent of the former Siebenbrunn Unterdorf settlement and offers families a starting point for trips to the city forest.
