Bringing body, mind and soul into harmony - a millennium-old dream of mankind. Pastor Sebastian Kneipp combined the healing powers of nature with his 5-pillar therapy to create a holistic therapy called the Kneipp cure. Bad Camberg has been committed to this form of treatment "based on five pillars" since 1927 and is the oldest Kneipp spa in Hesse and the third oldest in Germany. In 1937, the town of Camberg was awarded the title of "Kneipp spa town". Camberg has been a state-recognized Kneipp spa since 1977. The name "Bad" was given to Camberg in 1981, on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of its city rights.

In the Kneipp spa park with its water features, old trees and the Kneipp herb garden, you will find the 5 pillars: water, exercise, nutrition, herbs and order of life. Beautiful walking paths lead past meadows, well-tended flower beds and the invigorating water features. Here you can "let your soul unwind".

The Bad Camberg Kneipp herb garden right next to the MEDIAN therapy center in the spa park covers an area of 800 square meters. 120 perennials and 15 types of wood are arranged in 14 beds. The individual plant beds correspond to different areas of application, e.g. to strengthen the immune system. Water treading according to Kneipp is not only fun, it is refreshing, and with regular use it also stimulates the body's own defenses and hardens from
