In this mill, the Ameland Mustard is made in the traditional way. Against entry the mill can visit itself. The grinding of the mustard can also be seen without entry, because this happens right next to the small shop, which is connected to the mill. Here you can buy different types of mustard and flour. Very lovingly made and definitely worth a visit. Meanwhile well known by the Ameland documentary by Judith Rakers who made a detour here as well.
