"The Volkspark in Meinerzhagen is the green oasis in the city center and, with its network of paths, offers the ideal conditions for a short walk.
Located between the city center and the train station, opposite the Meinerzhagen city administration, is the Volkspark of the city of Meinerzhagen. Numerous small paths, connected and crossing each other, beautiful green areas and a stream with a small body of water invite you to linger, especially on sunny days. The numerous benches offer space to relax and a small playground in the upper area, as well as the great tree house playground in the lower area, ensure that even the little visitors don't get bored.

In the middle of the park stands the restored villa in the park, which has been restored to a real gem. Another new playground for young and old has also been created in the park, which, in addition to a large climbing and play element for the little ones, also has outdoor fitness equipment for the older visitors."

I visited the Volkspark for the first time and found it worth seeing, with plenty of benches for a pleasant stay.
The beautiful, newly restored villa was only able to glimpse the interior through the windows, with many chairs in one room. A photo wouldn't have been useful because everything was reflected in the surroundings.
Plenty of space for children to play on.
