On the course you can improve your condition, your sense of balance and your coordination and strengthen your muscles. A good body feeling and a corresponding level of fitness significantly reduce the risk of falling in the second half of life.
Regular physical activity strengthens the immune system. This effect is increased by staying in the forest.

• Use the equipment only when the weather permits safe training.
• Only train with an accompanying person.
• Pay attention to how you feel in your body and only train if you feel good.
• Only do exercises that you feel comfortable with and don't exceed your limits.
• Repeat the exercises to become even more confident; you may be able to stop holding on after a while.
• Breathe evenly during the exercises.
• Treat yourself to a break every now and then and let your gaze wander through the forest.
• Wear sturdy shoes.
• Drink enough water.
