This cemetery contains the graves of 1012 German and 593 French soldiers. The cemetery was changed several times until 1958 and no longer resembles much of what it originally was in 1918.

Information panel at the entrance to the cemetery provides detailed information about the history of the military cemeteries of the First World War. In the first years of the war, the fallen were buried in small cemeteries or the fallen were buried in the municipal cemeteries. The first military cemeteries appear in 1916.
This cemetery is an example of a collective cemetery.

This is a bronze statue of Flavio de Faveri. it is dedicated to the soldiers from the south-west of France who died in the Ardennes on August 22, 1914. The statue was stolen in 2008 and replaced by a synthetic resin reproduction.
