Gertrud-Piter-Platz is located in the old town of Brandenburg an der Havel, on both sides of Magdeburger Straße. On the northern side there is a park surrounded by hedges with benches to linger. There are also benches and lawns on the south side, which are interrupted by a parking lot. The Brandenburg Higher Regional Court is located here.
