The Red Light District is located slightly northwest of Amsterdam Central Station, between Nieuwmarkt (New Market) and De Oude Kerk (Old Church). The center is located at the Achterburgwal, there are numerous shops where there is nothing that is not available. Between the Achterburgwal and the Nieuwmarkt, the alleys, some of which are very narrow, meander, in which the ladies lounge behind glowing red windows and thus create a unique image of a red-light district worldwide.
