The beach promenade of Rerik is absolutely unique because you have the Salzhaff on one side and the Baltic Sea at the end of the promenade. There are some restaurants in the immediate vicinity and some souvenir shops. Since Rerik is still small and tranquil, it is not as crowded in summer as other Baltic Sea resorts. People who are looking for peace and relaxation here and perhaps want to use the beautiful hiking trail above the steep coast again, are right here.
