The Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Paul and Stephen is a Renaissance religious building with baroque elements in Bellinzona. The building, the seat of the Ticino city parish, houses numerous works of art from the period between the 15th and 19th centuries. These include the large Fontana Trivulzio font from 1465 and an organ, the original core of which dates from 1588.

When the weather is nice, the Castel Grande is a very worthwhile destination. You can get there on foot from the old town via the stairs or you can comfortably go up via the Sala Castel Grande. However, every 10m there is a reason to stop and look. The same goes for the way down. Once at the top of the Castel, climbing the Torre Bianca is rewarded with a great view in all directions... Please bring something to drink with you in warm weather.
