Director Tage Danielsson shot parts of his film “Ronja the Robber’s Daughter” with Hanna Zetterberg in the title role here. The Swedish-Norwegian film from 1984 is based on the children's book of the same name by Astrid Lindgren. It was shown for the first time in Germany in February 1985 at the Berlinale, where it received a special prize for a "film of particular imagination". The endearingly optimistic, funny and exciting adventure fairy tale can occasionally be seen on television as a three-part miniseries.
