Close to the parking lot at the Tuiltermolen, along the Zolderse Kiezel, you can enjoy the view of the Demer valley and its marsh and water birds. A bench and a peephole at child height increase the attractiveness for less mobile and young visitors. A long approach bridge connects the forward cabin with the hiking trail. On the Herckenrode abbey site, a bird watching hut has been placed near the parking lot at the Tuiltermolen. Here you can enjoy the view of the Demer Valley and its marsh and water birds.
A long approach bridge connects the advanced hut with the hiking trail. A bench and a viewing hole at child height increase the attractiveness for disabled people and young visitors.
