This vast expanse of water, resembling a turquoise sea, is fed by Lake Sköttsberg and the Paine River via Lake Nordenskjöld.
Lake Pehoé serves as an entry and exit point for the O and W treks. You can take a ferry to travel from one end of the lake to the other. This crossing also offers the opportunity to enjoy new perspectives of Los Cuernos and Paine Grande, as well as to get close to Salto Grande, a massive spillway that allows the waters of the Nordenskjöld River to flow into Lake Pehoé.

It's best to buy tickets for the ferry across the lake in advance at: catamaranpehoe.com. Round trips must be booked separately and cost €26 per person each way.
