Yes, what is it floating there? Blocks of ice of various sizes float on Lake Gray. The closer you get to Glacier Gray, the more blocks of ice you can discover. Pretty impressive, what the glacier throws off.

From a small elevation have a great view of the two foothills of the glacier, which clasp the island of La Isla. Even from a distance you can guess the dimensions of the ice masses. Really gigantic!

Here is another opportunity for a break on the way to Refugio Gray. From here it is mostly downhill. So again enjoy the view and recharge your batteries.
