I think most people just drive - or bike - past this nondescript hill. The only sign that there is anything to see here is the fairly small yellow sign, slightly hidden between the trees.

Anyone who takes the trouble to go to this sign will be amazed. The place is very steeped in history - because this is probably a burial mound from the Neolithic Age. Since the mound has not yet been excavated, this could not be confirmed.

On the hill itself - and very well hidden - stands a menhir. When - and why - this menhir was erected is not known.

All in all a quite mystical place!

Since I live here, I know this place. Yes, it is well hidden. Even locals
don't know him. But it is not only steeped in history. From up here you have a great view at any time of the day/season.
