Rømødæmningen (German Römö-Damm or Römdamm [ˈrœmdam]) is an almost 9.2 kilometers long artificial road dam in the Danish Wadden Sea National Park, which connects the Danish island of Rømø (German Röm [ˈrœm]) with the mainland near the small town of Skærbæk Tønder municipality connects.

An annual average of around 2,900 cars pass the dam every day (as of 2011). The dam, which was built between 1939 and 1948, is 9,170 meters long. The width at the foot of the dam is 60 m and at the top of the dam 13 m. The slope slopes between 7 ° and 14 °, which corresponds to a ratio of 1: 8 to 1: 6. About two million cubic meters of earth were used for the construction work. On the embankments there is a 50 centimeter thick layer of clay above the ground and above it the sod. A bicycle lane is separated from the road on both sides.
