Several centuries ago, the Swedish physicist Carl van Linné discovered that flowers always opened or closed at the same time. This observation led to the creation of the flower clock. The timepiece you can admire today has only been in its current location since 1963. The previous versions of the timepiece were destroyed during World War II and driven out by 'King Auto'. The date executed in flowers is adjusted every day during the summer months.
