Excellent view from the walls of the Alcazaba over the port from above if you buy an entrance ticket and climb through the fortifications.
Alternatively, there is also an elevator, but we didn't try it.
The panorama from the Castillo de Gibralfaro should be even better. But unfortunately you can't get there directly from the Alcazaba, you have to go down again first and then go up again somewhere else outside the fortification walls.

Cruise spot, trading center and recreational area for tourists and Malagueños - the port of Málaga has steadily grown in beauty and importance since it was founded almost 3,000 years ago. It is clearly visible and separated from the city center only by the long Paseo del Parque. In addition to cruise ships, general cargo and container giants as well as pleasure boats dock here, and there is also a small fishing port. You can easily reach it on foot from the city center or by bus, which stops directly at the quay.
