This whimsical landscape was created by the quarrying of clay for the many brickworks that used to exist in the Glindow and Werder area.

In the past, lorry trains drove through the entire "mountain range" to transport the clay downhill on rails. There are many ways in which this can still be traced today.

Definitely worth seeing. Although this landscape did not originate naturally, it is now under nature protection. Very impressive the deep canyons, which are to be mastered over stairs and bridges with ascents and descents. An unspoiled habitat with a peculiar atmosphere
