The Città di Arona Refuge is located in the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero Park. The opening period goes from June to September/October. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Valle Cairasca and Monte Leon.
In winter the winter bivouac is open, inside which there are 9 beds, mattresses, blankets, pillows and candles.

In the small mountain village of Alpe Veglia you will find the refuge "Rifugio Città di Arona", run by the Italian Alpine Club CAI. From the terrace you have a unique view of the Cairasca Valley and the mighty Monte Leon. The newly renovated cabin sleeps 69 hikers and is open from June to September and in October on request.
