    With a circumference of around 100 x 40 m and a depth of over 14 m, this is the largest of the many dolines that once surrounded the moor. At the edge of the moor, in the border area between basalt tuff and the Upper Jurassic, the formation of dolines is favoured by mixed corrosion.
