Up on the Elbe bank, very close to Lauenburg Castle, is the Prince's Garden, which is protected as a cultural monument. This magnificent, baroque "pleasure garden" from the 16th century is an ideal destination to experience the sparkling hour over the Elbe. The beautifully landscaped park in the middle of Lauenburg's upper town is always inviting for a stroll.
