One of the most stylish refuges in eastern Austria is modestly and mysteriously named "Eugen", after the archduke of the same name who called the noble building his own in 1894. For many decades, the extraordinary building was in a kind of "Sleeping Beauty" sleep before it was first revitalized in 1976.

The architecturally interesting villa, whose design elements, such as the steeply sloping hipped roof construction, tastefully arranged risalits and small towers, wall surfaces made of exposed bricks as well as half-timbered and wooden construction elements in the gable areas, round off the elegant exterior of the manor house in the style of late historicism.

The sublime property actually reveals itself to the viewer as a castle that has provided a feudal living experience over the past 134 years due to its excellent building structure. In the 40 rooms with a total area of 2300 square meters including the annex, all needs for space, peace and tranquility can be met to the highest degree.

The extensive park with its 55,000 square meters also offers a noble ambience for parties and receptions for selected guests as well as for all kinds of sporting activities or simply for a refreshing morning walk. The unique visual experience when entering each of the approximately 4 to 5 meter high rooms, whose ceilings are decorated with fine stucco, invites you to linger and presents the viewer with moments of enjoyment in which their personal decision to choose this historically grown paradise as their new living space may mature.

The noble appearance of the building not only presents its timeless value, but above all conveys an aura full of dignity and class. The villa can be described as the most famous building in the spa town of Baden. This represents a historical milestone in the entire region, whose special character feeds curiosity and encourages a visit.
