The protected area Storrenberg is located about 500 meters west of the Aidlinger district Dachtel to about 480 m to 512 m above sea level. NN on the left slope of the lower Hülsentals, a dry valley to the right Aid-upper reaches Aischbach, and above this itself. It includes heaths as well as many hedges, bushes, lighter and denser forests, in which today dominates the forech, as well as some meadows and fruit tree stocks. The defining element is the typical vegetation that developed under the influence of years of sheep grazing. (Wikipedia)
