Small free natural history exhibits at this visitor center for the National Monument. Registration for the tours of the sacred Painted Rocks, usually booked out online months in advance but a walk-in waitlist is available. At other times a self-guided access might be possible, check online. No drinking water available in the park, also not at the visitor center nor at its restrooms. Bring all water, at least 3 liters per day, from outside.
